Job Description- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

- Developing and implementing HR and People strategies aligned to our business objectives is essential to our success.
- We support and coach our management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation.
- We are responsible for all HR management and development, including recruitment and selection, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, performance appraisals, and other HR-related issues.
- We lead the work to regularly review our company's talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning, and succession planning.
- We provide insight and recommendations on HR initiatives that can strengthen business results, such as leadership/development programs.
- We conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives, ensuring new employees settle quickly into their roles.
- We provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- We promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- We assist in developing and implementing human resource policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- We undertake tasks around performance management, including gathering and analyzing data on useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- We organize annual employee performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- We maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- We enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
- We ensure compliance with labor regulations and liaison with government officers, staying up-to-date with changing laws and regulations.
- We assist with employee separation process involving preparation of separation paperwork, exit interviews, and FNF settlement.
- MBA – HR / BBA
- 03 years of relevant experience
- Good Knowledge of ERP, HRMS, MS Office & Others
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. ERP HRMS) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
