
Trade Visibility Manager

Key Responsibilities
This role involves working closely with visibility partners and category teams to achieve in-store visibility objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visibility materials, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities
- In-Store Work Coordination: Coordinate in-store work activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth execution of visibility plans.
- Asset Management: Develop and maintain a record of asset deployments, lift backs, and re-utilization of assets to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Modern Trade Playbook Adherence: Ensure adherence to the modern trade playbook to maintain uniformity in executions across channels.
- Visibility Partner Payments: Manage the end-to-end process of payments to visibility partners, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout.
- Category Budgeting: Collaborate with category teams to manage advertising and promotional budgets for in-store activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Branding and Merchandising: Develop cost-effective and scalable branding and merchandising options for uplifting trade visibility, driving business growth and customer engagement.
- Ongoing Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects and update stakeholders on progress, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with audit standards from PO raising to payment processing to vendors.
- Visibility Solutions Development: Collaborate with visibility partners to develop innovative and clutter-breaking visibility solutions, enhancing customer experience and driving business success.
- Competitor Activity Monitoring: Regularly track competitor activities and create dynamic reporting systems, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Customized Solutions: Provide customized solutions where required in alignment with channels, meeting the unique needs of each business partner.
- Safety Standards Compliance: Ensure all structure productions and deployments by visibility partners adhere to safety standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration (BBA / MBA)
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
