Job Summary:
Expert Presales ProfessionalWe are seeking a seasoned Presales expert to drive business growth in the USA.
- Familiarity with diverse technology domains, including digital, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and Microsoft solutions is essential for this role.
- You will engage with and manage multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization, utilizing your strong communication skills to drive successful outcomes.
- A proven track record of leading discussions, creating proposals, and driving negotiations towards deal closure is crucial for this position.
- In-depth knowledge of the USA market and business environment is necessary to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- This role requires flexibility to work during USA Eastern Time (EST) hours.
- Certifications or experience in relevant technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity frameworks, and data analytics tools, are desirable.
- Prior experience in a commission-based sales model is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clear and transparent updates, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
- Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations to understand business needs.
- Steer conversations towards deal closure by demonstrating the value of proposed services.
- Leverage deep understanding of the USA market to address region-specific client needs and challenges.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in digital, data, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies to propose innovative solutions.
- Deliver hands-on presales consultancy services, including functional assessments and solution scoping.
- Demonstrate expertise in assessing and recommending technology strategies, focusing on business outcomes.
