
Presales Solutions Consultant

The Presales Executive is responsible for supporting the presales team in engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Directly engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements. Assist in developing and presenting tailored solutions that align with their needs.
- Solution Development: Work closely with the product and technical teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements. Ensure the solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and align with our capabilities.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and support the sales process. This includes preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
