Expanding Client Base through Strategic Sales

Smart Haul Dispatch is seeking a results-driven sales representative to join our growing team. As a key player, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base by promoting our dispatching services to independent owner-operators and fleet managers across the country.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong persuasive pitch to build and maintain strong relationships with trucking companies across the U.S. You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, following up with leads, pitching our dispatch services to potential clients, and meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound sales calls and following up with leads
- Pitching Smart Haul's dispatch services to potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Maintaining detailed records of communications and pipeline in CRM
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaker with a natural American accent (mandatory)
- Prior experience in sales or customer acquisition (dispatching/logistics industry preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, motivated, and goal-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
