
Sales Enablement Expert

The Enablement Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Enablement Specialist to play a pivotal role in the successful introduction and ongoing training of our Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive onboarding programs, designed to rapidly increase SDR proficiency in product knowledge and sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement or sales training, preferably within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) or technology environment.
The successful Senior Enablement Specialist will analyze sales performance data to identify key performance gaps and create targeted development initiatives to enhance SDR skills and performance in inbound lead qualification. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement onboarding programs tailored to the unique needs of our SMB SDRs.
- Develop and maintain a continuous training roadmap to optimize SDR skills and performance.
- Prepare SDRs for successful transitions to Outbound SDR roles through focused development initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic solutions.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ramp-up time evaluations.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training.
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs for sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify key performance gaps.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Experience working with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences and facilitate effective learning experiences.
