Project Bidder Role

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Project Bidder to research and identify relevant freelance projects on Upwork & Fiverr that align with our services. As a proactive Bidder, you will write and submit tailored proposals that effectively communicate our value to clients.

Your responsibilities will include optimizing Upwork & Fiverr profiles to enhance visibility, credibility, and client trust. You will also track proposals, responses, and outcomes, maintaining accurate records and following up with potential clients as needed.

In collaboration with the sales and marketing team, you will ensure that proposals align with client requirements. Maintaining professional communication with clients and internal teams at all times is crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Upwork & Fiverr bidding experience with proven results.
  • Background in sales and marketing, preferably B2B or freelance services.
  • Knowledge of profile optimization strategies on Upwork.
  • Experience with Upwork analytics or CRM tools is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This role requires creativity, persistence, and a strong understanding of the freelance market. The successful candidate will be critical in securing projects and driving business growth through effective proposal writing and relationship building.
