Job Title: Upwork Bidder

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, proposal writing expertise, and a strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
  • Write customized, compelling proposals to win new clients.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create accurate project estimates and timelines.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales/lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, software development, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms.
  • Understanding of project management tools and CRM software.
