Role Overview

As an Upwork/Fiverr Bidder at Howlance Pvt Ltd, you will be critical in identifying project opportunities, submitting winning proposals, and maintaining professional communication with clients and internal teams. This role requires 1+ years of bidding experience, along with sales and marketing experience, to ensure maximum success in securing freelance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify relevant freelance projects on Upwork & Fiver that align with Howlance's services.
  • Write and submit tailored proposals that effectively communicate our value to clients.
  • Optimize Upwork & Fiver profiles to enhance visibility, credibility, and client trust.
  • Track proposals, responses, and outcomes, maintaining accurate records.
  • Follow up with potential clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align proposals with client requirements.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams at all times.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of Upwork & Fiver bidding experience with proven results.
  • Background in sales and marketing, preferably B2B or freelance services.
  • Knowledge of profile optimization strategies on Upwork.
  • Experience with Upwork analytics or CRM tools is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation
  • Basic Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 (depending on experience and interview)
  • Commissions: Performance-based commission structure applicable for successful bids and high-value projects
