**Job Title:** Customer Support Representative

As a valued member of the Chatpandas team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed customers, providing timely and professional support through various channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Provide detailed product and service information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  3. Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns, demonstrating empathy and patience throughout the process.
  4. Evaluate and resolve customer problems or concerns in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  5. Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements:

  1. This is an on-site position, requiring a computer, stable internet connection, and audio equipment to ensure seamless communication with customers.
  2. Availability to work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, including night shifts.
  3. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is highly valued.

Experience:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  2. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  4. Basic English conversational skills are essential, with proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
