Digital Advertising Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Digital Advertising Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with experience in creating and managing high-performing campaigns that drive results.

About the Position:

The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that meet the company's objectives. This includes creating and managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, as well as analyzing data to optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that meet the company's objectives.
  2. Create and manage high-performing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on call generation, lead acquisition, and conversions.
  3. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  4. Implement A/B testing strategies and analyze data to continually improve ad performance and ROI.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business objectives and marketing initiatives.
  6. Monitor ad budgets, pacing, and performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, specifically for call generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and a results-driven mindset to achieve campaign objectives effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
