
Senior Business Solutions Developer

We are seeking an exceptional Business Solutions Developer to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop custom CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
- • Customize the system to cater to the company's specific needs, streamlining business processes.
- • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture, enhancing overall efficiency.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation for future maintenance activities, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
- • Provide accurate estimates for development work, taking ownership of delivering within agreed-upon timeframes.
- • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, XRM Framework, entity model, security model, Web services, and Web API.
- • Extensive experience with .NET Framework and C# development, including expertise with the CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
- • Proficient in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, CRM Administration, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- • Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, and third-party Integration using Middleware Tools/API's (REST, ODATA Web API's)/SSIS packages.
- • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM SDK for application development, creating custom workflow activities, plug-ins, and advanced client-side scripting.
- • Familiarity with third-party Extraction, Transformation, and Loading tools (SSIS) using Kingsway Soft is a plus.
- • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and Business Analysts to determine project scope, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- • Develop, maintain, and update project success methodologies and frameworks, establishing KPIs, policies, forms, templates, and documentation.
- • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM versions (365/Cloud/On Prem) and contribute to refining CRM implementation standards and tools.
- • Experience in SharePoint and working in the financial sector are desirable assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- • Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development and CRM implementation.
- • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
