We're seeking a talented Business Development Associate to spearhead our outbound outreach efforts and book qualified appointments with potential clients.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions.
- Identify client needs and introduce our services in a clear and engaging manner.
- Qualify prospects based on their readiness to engage and book appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate activity records in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client pain points.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets related to outreach and scheduled meetings.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident and professional on calls with a consultative tone.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
- Proactive, goal-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
