Freight Forwarding Business Development Representative

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales activities to achieve business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the monitoring and driving of sales activities to achieve business growth.
- Nurture sales-qualified prospects through the pipeline to generate profitable and sustainable businesses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review sales leads and customer portfolios for alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research on pricing and product competitiveness to inform pricing team efforts.
- Support the CCL team with customer feedback and resolution as needed.
- Onboard and implement new customers to ensure seamless integration into standard operational procedures.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, along with computer literacy.
- Show ability to collaborate within a team and provide support to colleagues as needed.
