Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Freight Sales Professional to drive business growth by leveraging their product and trade expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales activities and monitor performance to achieve sustainable business generation.
  • Nurture sales-qualified prospects and conduct regular reviews of sales leads and customer portfolios with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on market research, pricing, and product competitiveness to provide informed advice.
  • Orient new customers and ensure seamless onboarding processes, maintaining accurate customer information in internal systems.
  • Foster exceptional customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through excellent customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree required; 8-10 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and team player skills, professional selling and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer literacy are essential.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to support colleagues as needed are also required.
