- Maintain effective communication by promptly responding to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with carriers for seamless operational coordination.
- Implement digital media strategies to maintain a vibrant market presence.
- Ability to grasp logistics concepts quickly and stay up-to-date on changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in professional communication through speech and written correspondence.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and software applications.
- Business acumen with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in marketing and social media platforms.
