Air Freight Sales Specialist

As a highly skilled sales professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leading the monitoring and driving of sales activities.
Your Responsibilities- Identify and nurture sales-qualified prospects to generate profitable and sustainable businesses.
- Regularly review sales leads and customer portfolios with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research on pricing and product competitiveness to inform efforts with our pricing team.
- Provide support to the CCL team on customer feedback and resolution as required.
- Oversee the onboarding and implementation of new customers to ensure seamless integration into standard operational procedures.
- Maintain and update relevant customer information on internal systems for data accuracy.
- Foster strong customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality in collaboration with the CCL.
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills to build client relationships.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, professional selling and problem-solving abilities, and computer literacy.
- Show ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide support to colleagues as needed.
