Job Title: Proposal Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality business proposals that support our organization's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling business proposals tailored to business requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify current and future trends and opportunities.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and submit business proposals as bids.
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to the content and presentation of proposals, including preparing management summaries.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in English language and literature or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a bidding department.
  • Familiarity with bidding processes and RFPs.
  • Proven success in managing and winning competitive bids/proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with proposal management software and tools.
