Job Title

As a seasoned proposal specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and submitting high-quality proposals that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive proposal outlines and schedules to ensure timely submission.
  • Collaborating with the Proposal Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Organizing proposals with related documents and updates, and sending reminders to designated individuals as needed.
  • Ensuring document compliance with RFP criteria, including requirements related to content, formatting, length, layout, etc.
  • Maintaining quality results by using templates and following proposal-writing standards, including readability and consistency.
  • Writing, editing, compiling, and organizing information from multiple sources to generate cohesive proposals, including cover letters, executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.
  • Assisting in updating the spreadsheet of all bids on a weekly basis and adding new bids and results for the week.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Motivated self-starter who can drive the proposal process from pre-RFP planning through delivery.
  • Analytical with exceptional attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high sense of urgency and willingness to take the initiative.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, handle multiple proposals and tasks simultaneously with deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and grow.
