At Greenovative Solutions Inc., we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to unlock new markets, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. As part of our global expansion, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and expanding your knowledge of the plastic recycling and trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify trends and customer needs to build and maintain a robust short, mid, and long-term sales pipeline
  • Research and generate new leads; contact decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiation to closing and follow-up
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Department to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Maintain relationships with existing accounts and generate repeat business
  • Expand knowledge of company products and trading procedures to better support clients
  • Conduct independent and collaborative market research to identify untapped business opportunities
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and virtual events when required

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tools
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Energetic, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience or interest in international trade, logistics, or recycling is a strong plus
