Senior Medical Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Officer to join our team of medical professionals. As a key member of our medical center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our family medicine department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions.
  • Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based medical practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in family medicine.

Requirements:

  • M.B.B.S degree from a recognized university, with additional qualifications such as MCPS or diploma in a relevant field being advantageous.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in related areas, or at least three years with additional qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing situations, think critically, and solve problems creatively.
