Key Responsibilities

  6. Promote organizational values and integrity throughout all training initiatives.">
  7. Develop and implement training through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.">
  8. Create, update, and refine training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.">
  9. Evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps.">
  10. Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.">
  11. Recommend and implement innovative training techniques or tools to enhance program effectiveness.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
