
Assistant Manager Training

Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager Training & Organizational Development to join our HR team. This role is essential for enhancing employee development and organizational effectiveness through strategic training initiatives and continuous improvement processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and implement programs that foster a culture of learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training needs assessments, design and deliver training programs, and manage e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and work with external vendors for specialized programs if needed.
- Implement OD strategies to enhance performance, lead change management initiatives, and develop leadership programs.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement and collaboration.
- Support the performance management process, assist in talent reviews, and contribute to succession planning for critical roles.
- Track training metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess program effectiveness and make improvements.
- Work closely with HR, department heads, and leadership to align training and OD programs with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in training and organizational development or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Experience in delivering training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
