
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill this critical role, playing a key part in the success of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Evaluation & Reporting: Track client program progress using backend data, including evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics.
- Set up and configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments ahead of launches.
- Summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates.
- Communicate with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination.
- Help organize calendars and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
- Operations & Administration: Prepare and organize shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure clear visibility for the team
- Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRM systems.
- Keep internal spreadsheets and tracking tools tidy and current.
- Conduct small-scale research to support internal processes and cross-team initiatives.
- Carry out other research tasks as needed to help with company operations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and love bringing order to complex processes.
- Experience in operations, administration, or client coordination.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication skills and ability to make information easy to understand.
- Curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel.
