Client Operations Admin Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill this critical role, playing a key part in the success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Evaluation & Reporting: Track client program progress using backend data, including evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics.
  • Set up and configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments ahead of launches.
  • Summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates.
  • Communicate with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination.
  • Help organize calendars and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Operations & Administration: Prepare and organize shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure clear visibility for the team
  • Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRM systems.
  • Keep internal spreadsheets and tracking tools tidy and current.
  • Conduct small-scale research to support internal processes and cross-team initiatives.
  • Carry out other research tasks as needed to help with company operations.
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and love bringing order to complex processes.
  • Experience in operations, administration, or client coordination.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to make information easy to understand.
  • Curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel.
