- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care, including eye exams, procedures, and education
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Degree in nursing or a related field (Associate's degree preferred)
- Valid nursing licensure (LPN/LVN or RN)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ophthalmology (or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic life support certification (BLS)
