Job Title:

Sales and Marketing Director

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration. S/he should have excellent leadership and people management skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new export markets and expand sales networks for solar panels across European and American markets.
  • Develop annual sales and marketing strategies and budgets, and continuously monitor and report on their achievements on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Provide weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and customer demand to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Oversee customer inquiries and requests to ensure timely responses.
  • Coordinate product research and development according to market trends and customer demand with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage advertising, publicity, and brand image.
  • Lead customer satisfaction surveys and provide insights to inform future sales strategies.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding performance on manufacturing, logistics, and invoicing.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales and marketing team members.
  • Recommend staffing needs to the Human Resources Department.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must be skilled at designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve desired results, able to identify new trends in the market, and develop sales strategies and campaigns to respond to them. S/he must also be able to adapt and operate effectively within new and challenging environments.
