As an Executive Assistant at HR Ways, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting Support
  • Align meetings, take minutes, and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the manager, answering phone calls and responding to messages.

Scheduling

  • Manage the manager's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and reminding them of important deadlines.

Travel Coordination

  • Plan travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.

Event Planning

  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements, ensuring seamless execution.

CORRESPONDENCE

  • Draft correspondence, such as emails and letters, and take dictation during meetings.

REPORTS

  • Create reports, presentations, and briefs to support the manager's needs.

FILING

  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for office documents.

EXPENSES

  • Collate and file business and travel expenses.

LIAISON

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the manager and internal and external clients.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
