Job Description
">As an Executive Assistant at HR Ways, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting Support
- Align meetings, take minutes, and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for the manager, answering phone calls and responding to messages.
Scheduling
- Manage the manager's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and reminding them of important deadlines.
Travel Coordination
- Plan travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Event Planning
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements, ensuring seamless execution.
CORRESPONDENCE
- Draft correspondence, such as emails and letters, and take dictation during meetings.
REPORTS
- Create reports, presentations, and briefs to support the manager's needs.
FILING
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for office documents.
EXPENSES
- Collate and file business and travel expenses.
LIAISON
- Serve as the primary liaison between the manager and internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
