Performance Excellence Manager

Delivering Results-Driven Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in driving strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis to uncover key insights supporting senior leadership in decision-making.
  2. OKR Process Management: Drive the OKR process for the local market, setting, cascading, and tracking progress to ensure strategic focus and accountability.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Business and Functional Heads to review performance, gather core insights, and co-create solutions that improve outcomes.
  4. Initiative Tracking: Monitor and report on the execution of high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
  5. Strategic Support: Manage and support sensitive matters for senior leadership, ensuring discretion, clarity, and strategic alignment in all communications.
  6. Data Management: Lead data management for the local market and collaborate with the regional business analytics team for effective data support and BI management.
  7. Performance Visibility: Identify gaps for performance visibility for different functions and their respective analytics teams.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 4-5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science or Management Science.
  3. Technical Skills: Proven expertise in SQL, designing scalable queries, and proficiency in Python for reproducible data analysis.
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership in managing the entire data analysis lifecycle, including problem formulation, data auditing, rigorous analysis, interpretation, actionable recommendations, and stakeholder-ready presentations.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Mentorship: A track record of mentoring and developing analytical teams, fostering innovation, and aligning team outputs with organizational objectives.
  7. Cloud Platforms: Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
  8. Advanced Analytics: Familiarity with advanced analytics workflows, version control systems, and data engineering tools like Airflow.
