About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves driving business growth through strategic project acquisitions and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-potential projects to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, sales teams, and external parties.
  • Lead negotiations with developers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams on acquired projects, addressing any concerns or issues arising from the agreed terms of contract.
  • Act as a primary point of contact to resolve disputes or issues between the developer and sales team during project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate project launch, including conveying terms to all stakeholders and ensuring necessary documentation is shared.
  • Conduct regular Town Hall sessions with sales/support teams to provide project updates and foster open communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in real estate, banking, or telecommunications industries.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Lahore location preferred.
