Technical Support Specialist

  • Own assigned customer issues from initiation to resolution, utilizing critical thinking to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to manage escalations, providing timely updates to stakeholders and ensuring prompt resolution.

For success in this role, one must possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work effectively within fast-paced environments.

  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in technical support and customer-facing roles.
