Upwork Bidder & Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bidder & Proposal Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for creating compelling proposals that win projects and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in freelancing, preferably on Upwork or similar platforms, and a proven track record of writing winning proposals and securing projects.
  • S/he will possess strong sales skills, including the ability to identify and qualify high-potential job leads, professionally communicate with clients, and handle objections effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, have strong organizational skills, and are proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant jobs and bidding opportunities on Upwork based on our service offerings.
  • Write customized, compelling proposals and cover letters to maximize win rates.
  • Strategically manage and grow our Upwork profile (ratings, job success score, client feedback).
  • Build relationships with clients to secure long-term collaborations and repeat work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 months of proven freelancing experience, preferably on Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to write winning proposals and secure projects.
