You will also participate in our comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for success as a manager.   5. Complete program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a satisfying and challenging career.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and business development.
