We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for patients and non-patients, ensuring high standards of food quality, texture, and flavor.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to principles of food safety and sanitation.
- Use kitchen utensils and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Matriculate with a certificate/training in cookery from a recognized institution and 6-7 years of related work experience preferred.
- OR Non-Matriculate with 7-9 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of menu planning, recipe development, and preparation terminology.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in Urdu and English.
- Respectful attitude towards colleagues and supervisors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
