Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Professional

We are seeking an experienced CRM Professional to manage, optimize and enhance our customer relationship management system using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining sales, marketing and customer service processes ensuring smooth CRM operations and driving business growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements using CRM automation, integration and customization.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data integrity accuracy and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
  • Technical Support & Training: Provide technical support troubleshooting and training for CRM users.
  • Business Intelligence: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.

To excel in this role you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology business administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
