Job Role

This key role focuses on driving strategic initiatives in Human Resources. An MBA or MPA with at least six years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate in creating annual succession plans and identifying training needs for designated employees.
  • Coordinate HR audits and present reports with analysis and recommendations.
  • Prepare and share data for the organization's performance evaluation.
  • Contribute to developing a compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the overall business plan.
  • Update the payroll system to retrieve employee data from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Process monthly payroll and submit it for review and approval.
  • Review income tax deductions and issue tax certificates as per organizational policy.
  • Supervise team members to process salary-related requests and ensure timely processing.
  • Support internal and external auditors in conducting departmental activity and financial process audits.
  • Lead and motivate team members, undertake performance appraisals, and provide feedback.
  • Maintain and process claims for travel and corporate expenses.
