The Product Manager will be responsible for driving our product roadmap, identifying gaps, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the product strategy, focusing on customer satisfaction and growth.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless feature development and launch.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and optimize existing features.
- Lead product releases, setting expectations and ensuring timely delivery of new functionalities.
- Serve as a product ambassador, sharing knowledge and expertise both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS companies.
- Strong background in communication, having worked across multiple teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
- Ability to gather customer data and communicate it effectively to stakeholders.
- Passion for experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
