Lead Client Success & Project Management

Drive the delivery function in the data and AI space, ensuring successful implementation of AI solutions, data platforms, and analytics initiatives for global clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the overall strategy for Customer Success in alignment with company goals, leading to measurable client impact.
  • Scale the services delivery team by leading, mentoring, and executing project management, customer success management, and executive engagement strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships and value co-creation.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of strategic customer success programs, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Implement large-scale initiatives like customer journey optimization, digital success programs, and customer health automation.
  • Track cross-functional dependencies, risks, and KPIs for ongoing programs, driving continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile delivery principles.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability through structured reporting and dashboards, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical client issues, resolving them swiftly.
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Project Management teams.
  • Establish key metrics around project profitability, utilization, revenue realization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee forecasting, capacity planning, resourcing, and margin optimization, implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client delivery roles.
  • Proven success managing multi-disciplinary services teams in high-growth environments across industries like finance, healthcare, telecom, and retail.
  • Strong understanding of project management, resource planning, client engagement strategies, and operational KPIs.
  • Executive presence and excellent relationship management skills with C-suite clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Change management expertise and experience leading organizational transformation.
