Job Title: Business Data Insights Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex business data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of sales and cash reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain various reports for senior management, including daily sales and cash reports, summaries of pending SIRs, FMRs, RCDC, D-Loss, Recovery, and other relevant reports.
  • Prepare special projects reports, such as ABC Reporting, and coordinate with concerned departments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of IRB targets/UHC units in coordination with RPR.
  • Carry out complaints management analysis and perform score card analysis on a daily basis.
  • Monitor cycle days-wise sales and revenue targets in coordination with the CA department.
  • Analyze feeder and PMT losses, highlighting billing-related abnormalities.
  • Investigate data related to back-feeding of feeders and sharing of feeders.
  • Develop projections based on DL & RR requirements.
  • Perform budget-based analysis based on ground realities.
  • Conduct data analysis pertaining to aging-wise defaulters with paying slabs.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' relevant experience in business analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP modules.
  • Advance knowledge of business planning and forecasting.
  • High-performance team-building skills.
  • Accountability and customer-centric mindset.
