We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst with around 1 year of experience to support our growing team in data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL, as well as a keen willingness to learn and grow in the field of business analytics.

This role involves:

  • Collecting, organizing, and analysing business data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Preparing basic reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assisting in maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other data systems.
  • Writing simple SQL queries to extract and manipulate data as needed.
  • Supporting senior analysts and managers in ad-hoc analysis and projects.
  • Documenting business processes, requirements, and findings clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to actionable solutions.

The requirements for this position include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Around 1 year of relevant experience in a business analyst or similar support role.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, including SELECT statements and simple joins.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and grow analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively.
