Job Title: Sourcing and Research Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing and Research Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across various channels to support our recruitment efforts.

  • The successful candidate will conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify top talent.
  • They will proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate interest and fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in managing talent pools and nurturing passive candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives on relevant platforms.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who possesses:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree in human resources, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a strong interest in understanding market trends and candidate behavior.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.
