Business Continuity Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Continuity Management (BCM) specialist to support the implementation of Business Continuity Management Systems in line with ISO 22301 standards.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who have foundational experience or exposure to BCM projects, business impact analysis (BIA), or risk assessments, and are looking to grow their career in the field of business continuity and organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Continuity Management System Implementation: Assist in the review and implementation of an ISO 22301-based BCM system.
  2. Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment: Support BIA and risk assessment exercises to identify potential disruptions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Documenting Business Continuity Plans: Help in documenting business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure seamless operations during disruptions.
  4. Testing and Simulation Exercises: Assist in testing and simulation exercises to ensure business continuity readiness.
  5. BCMS Policy and Compliance: Support the preparation of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Foundation, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in BCM, or IT governance-related roles.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
