Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of organizational learning initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that employees continue to meet professional standards and receive the development opportunities necessary for career growth.

The Learning Development Specialist will play a hands-on role in maintaining training records, assisting with development plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous learning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and administration of learning programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of learning participation and certifications.
  • Assist in preparing learning materials, event coordination, and communication with employees.
  • Help monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from learning sessions to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external learning activities, including seminars and workshops.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to learning and development.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
  • Basic knowledge of learning frameworks and continuous learning principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Certification (Preferred):
  • Relevant learning, HR, or L&D certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3, SHRM Essentials, ATD Fundamentals) will be an advantage.
Work Mode:

Office-based work arrangement.

Location:

Islamabad / Rawalpindi (DHA 1 Sector F, Rawalpindi)
