About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth Management
    • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue growth targets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize sales performance.
  • Distribution Network Management
    • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
    • Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes and reduce costs.
  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Create and implement creative sales and marketing strategies to target specific territories and set realistic sales targets for the team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans that meet business objectives.
  • Customer Feedback and Market Analysis
    • Collect customer feedback to understand market trends and preferences.
    • Report findings to the organization to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing distribution networks.
