About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Executive to drive our company's expansion and growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in international markets.
Your primary focus will be on developing strategic relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and effectively positioning our IT services to meet their requirements.
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, with an emphasis on securing long-term and lucrative business contracts.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work independently and collaborate with our team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or relevant roles within the IT industry, with a focus on international markets.
- Proactive outreach, networking, and business development activities to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Experience in generating hard-core leads and closing substantial business contracts independently, favoring long-term client relationships.
- Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to showcase our IT services and value proposition.
- Develop business targets and strategies with proposed implementation plans aligned with executive management goals.
- Candidates with existing business in hand will be given priority.
- Flexibility to work on a schedule that suits the target market region time zone.
- Excellent communication skills in English to handle international clients.
- Education in IT/Business can be advantageous but a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Flexibility to work remotely and independently while maintaining motivation and accountability.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
- A proactive, result-oriented individual with a hunger for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address client needs creatively.
- The job contract depends on the achievement of monthly sales targets.
