Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (International Market) to expand our global client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in acquiring and managing international clients for digital marketing or software services, with a strong background in freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and others. This role requires strategic business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in international markets for digital marketing and software development services.
- Actively engage and bid on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.) to acquire projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and project plans aligned with client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through consistent pipeline growth and client conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development for international markets, preferably in digital marketing or software services.
- Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and software development services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and target orientation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales management platforms is a plus.
