is looking for a results-driven
Business Development Executive
to expand our client base for bookkeeping and accounting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities for bookkeeping and financial services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored bookkeeping solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present regular business development reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
