As an Administrative Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of administrative support services at our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to various functions as per guidelines, guaranteeing the smooth functioning of all administrative activities.

• Implement and facilitate administrative policies, overseeing day-to-day activities such as security, safety, vehicle handling, office maintenance, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in developing budget forecasts and controls, maintaining staff leaves and attendance records, and coordinating with HR and Accounts for salary data and other HR issues.

• Supervise the procurement of essential items, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and local purchases.
