
Human Resource Leader

The organizational management will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices, processes, and strategies.

- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage recruitment from job postings to onboarding, considering best practices for talent acquisition.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns, promoting open dialogue and transparency.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts effectively, and encouraging diversity and inclusion.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning, focusing on growth and development.
- Provide support and guidance to managers to help improve employee performance and career growth, fostering a learning culture.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs, ensuring skill enhancement and career growth opportunities.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to enhance team effectiveness and employee satisfaction, promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the workforce and align with business objectives.
- Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures, analyzing market trends and data.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational standards, maintaining a proactive approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement continuous improvements, driving business results.
- HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present HR-related reports and metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize HR data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiencies, enhancing business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 6-8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, leveraging technology to streamline processes.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus, indicating expertise and commitment to the field.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 6-8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
