We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot marketing professional to manage our end-to-end marketing operations.

Job Description:
  • Manage Marketing Operations: Take ownership of our HubSpot marketing dashboard, ensuring seamless data integration and delivering actionable insights to support growth initiatives.
  • Automate Workflows: Create, update, and maintain automated workflows to support lead nurturing and campaign tracking.
  • Data Integration: Ensure smooth data integration between HubSpot and other platforms/tools, such as CRMs and CMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on campaign goals and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data hygiene and CRM accuracy.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot workflows, custom properties, and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs for syncing HubSpot with other systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
