About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end marketing dashboard operations. This role requires a full-stack expert who can create, manage, and optimize workflows, ensure seamless data integrations, and deliver actionable marketing analytics to support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dashboard Management: Manage and optimize HubSpot marketing dashboards, including reporting and analytics.
  • Workflow Automation: Create, update, and maintain automated workflows to support lead nurturing and campaign tracking.
  • Data Integration: Ensure smooth data integration between HubSpot and other platforms/tools (e.g., CRMs, data lakes, CMS).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on campaign goals and performance metrics.
  • Data Hygiene: Conduct regular audits to maintain data hygiene and CRM accuracy.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Training and Support: Train internal stakeholders on HubSpot best practices and usage.
Requirements:
  • HubSpot Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in HubSpot workflows, custom properties, and dashboard creation.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle stages, and campaign management.
  • Data Integration Tools: Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs for syncing HubSpot with other systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Certifications: HubSpot certifications are a plus.
